Opening Prayer
Gracious heavenly Father we love you, we appreciate all you have done for us. LORD where you took us from the miry clay, each one have a story where they come from Father. I’m almost afraid to think where we will be without thee. We are so thankful that you kept us from destroying our selves, and have made us so afraid of ourselves, what we want, think, like, feel what we know that we hide ourselves in your word that we say LORD show me, LORD teaches me, LORD have someone that you placed teach me for I’m so conscious of the fallen selfish ways. Our experience of life and our choosing have brought us to nothing but shipwrecks. I believe LORD when a man is in such a place he is ready to be used of you. It’s not about the man who has all the answers, just a man who could look to thee for all the answers.
We ask LORD that your believing children there are many of them that are tired, they had long services this morning they have work tomorrow. They are gathered here LORD for something that will benefit them, benefit their ministry their gifts to benefit the church of the living God. LORD that you will, they are expecting you to do something to say something and each gift and every joint supplies’ so may you cause us to supply that they might supply also to others.
I pray that you strengthen us now Father remembering that these are many elders here, their wife’s and their relationships, we spoke this morning here that when you call a man you call his wife. What a capacity LORD they are involved. We are so grateful for your wise wisdom. LORD you said if God can give a man anything greater then eternal life it is giving him a Godly wife. So we don’t belittle it and we know how important it is.
Now help us now together as we look to how we can be better servants. How we can strengthen our selves that we might be strength to the church. Help us that we might learn of ourselves what is our weakest part, you said a chain is as strong as its weakest link. Help us LORD let us not be that weak link, strengthen us LORD that we might not be the one to break the chain but be the one to help keep the strength of the church. Is our prayer now Father in Jesus name.
(1 Chronicles 15:27) And David [a prophet king] was clothed with a robe of fine linen, and all the Levites that bare the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the master of the song with the singers: David also had upon him an ephod of linen.
[David is dressed as a priest because he represents the Melchizedek order.]
(1 Chronicles 15:28) Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.
(1 Chronicles 15:29) And it came to pass, as the ark of the covenant of the LORD came to the city of David, that Michal [she was married to David] the daughter of Saul looking out at a window saw king David dancing and playing: and she despised him in her heart.
(1 Chronicles 16:1) So they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it: and they offered burnt sacrifices and peace offerings before God.
I realize that I’m speaking to diverse offices like deacons, trustees, songwriters, musicians, song leaders and even the fivefold ministry.
I’ll just do a heart of doctrine in it just for you to see how important the many members of the body are and working together with revelation and understanding how a people together represents an army.
In the army there are ranks and in the army there are certain ways that you arrange your army so that you get the maximum result against the enemy and God is calling us His army.
Many times language such as army seems so foreign to us but let it be known that you are in a war. You are in a war against flesh, you are in a war against demonic powers and you are living in an age where you are not just anointed continuously by people who are anointed with demons but you also 200 million demons that are pointing to this bride. So there is a host that is against you.
We must be aware that even though we say our battle is not against flesh and blood, it’s against spiritual wickedness but many a times it is so disguised that you don’t recognize it. Many a times the enemy plants seeds in your thinking and allow you to formulate opinions that are destructive to your own household, your own ministry, your church and so forth.
The Divine Order Of Battle Results In Victory
The prophet of God says here in 1961, a very simple quote but yet if you can get the context of what he’s trying to get the church to be victorious.
61-0413 – Why?
60 You Methodists need it; you Baptists need it; you Pentecostals need it; all of us need it. God’s going to say, “Why? Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there, then why? Is there no—is there no prophet in Israel, is there no God there?” Has Pentecostal lost their God? Don’t they have any more gifts in amongst Pentecostal? Have they no more prophets, gifts of prophecy, prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists, no one else to speak in tongues and give message? One thing, you don’t reverence them gifts enough.
[I want to draw a point here: if someone gives you a gift, if you form an opinion of that gift and say “that’s nice” then your attitude is not towards the gift but it is really towards to Giver of that gift.
The way you approach a gift whether it is your own gift:
If God gives you a gift and you don’t nurture that gift, you don’t exercise that gift, you don’t give time to that gift, you don’t sharpen that gift then you don’t really respect to giver of that gift. He could have given that gift to anyone.
It is important whether you are a songwriter or whether you’re a musician or whether you are a song leader or whether you are a backup singer or whatever gift you have because every gift comes from God and He can give it to anyone He wants to but He gave it to you.
You should look upon it as the favour of the Lord.
You should look upon it that He has made you someone that the body will need and must need because He does not give gifts without a reason.
If He gives you anything, He expects it back.
If God gives you grace then He expects you to be gracious to someone who is not deserving of grace. Like someone who has offended you, or someone who might have hurt you but because you have done so much to hurt Him, His kingdom, His people, His laws, His ways and He was rich in mercy, now He expects you to be merciful in the measure that he has been merciful to you.
If He gives you grace, it’s the same, He expects it back. He doesn’t expect it back for Himself but He expects it from you to give it back to someone who was just like you.
God doesn’t give anything really without asking for it back.
If He gives you a talent whether you want to type it as money or a gift, He is going to ask you “what did you do with that gift?”
He’s expecting you to give an account of the gift He gave because the gift that He gives you results in a ministry whether it be preaching, whether it be ministry of song, whether it be ministry of music etc. but it is needful in the body because those gifts put together allows His children to live a victorious life.
We know so little, we have all the quotes, we have all the messages, 7 thunders etc. but the fact of it is that material in itself can do nothing for you except puff our heads up.
It is doctrine that sets conduct and order and when you conduct and order is set in the way God sees it line up then He says that dynamics will strike it because the mechanics is right.
We in this message, the born-again church [not lodges] are in dire need of songwriters, we are in dire need of musicians that can play music to those songs, we are in dire need for our own identity.
There’s an identity crisis that we have in this message.
Two souls claims they are bride, polygamist claim they are bride, Baal worshipers think they are bride and we believe we are bride but I believe that the songs we sing, they cannot sing.
The music that goes along when a born-again musician puts music to a born again believer who is inspired of God to write a song, I believe there’s power in that.
I note that there are wonderful gifts in denomination and on the radio, Christian music, but I want to ask you some questions:
When they are singing love songs about the Lord, which Lord are they singing about? Which Jesus?
What inspiration did they have? Did the Holy Spirit come and inspire them because those songs are really beautiful?
If the Holy Ghost can inspire them to write songs that are truthful then why can’t He give them a revelation that is truthful if it is the Holy Spirit or if it is the gift of God that they have?
Their inspiration is not from above, it’s from below but they don’t know it and Satan is willing because he is the best musician there is, he is the best song single there is. That’s what the Bible says.
Satan will anoint them in such a way that they are singing songs to a oneness Jesus and to a god who is a creation, not the Creator and leave the Creator out.
The Trinitarian’s are writing such songs that if you just stop thinking they are Trinitarian’s, you will say let’s bring that in here. But where did their inspiration come from?
Is that the true inspiration they are using to write about their love for the Lord?
Is it the true one that the Holy Spirit inspired them to love the right one?
Yes they can bring tears to your eyes and the reason for that is because in your heart you know what you’re directing those songs to. But did it come from heaven or from the bottomless pit?
What is in their hearts when they get those words?
What are they thinking when they get it?
You say Brother Tony “what they are saying is true if you look at it right way.” But why did God not give them the revelation for them to know?
They are writing lies because they are redirecting it to the wrong one, the wrong image of worship but you are hearing it with your own heart. So who gave it?
It’s like Christmas, as long as Jesus is wrapped up in it then it must be good but not for us and it is so tied up in words and feelings and emotions that it catches us but remember this bride will not be deceived. She will be able to ask the hard questions.
You must ask the question, if God gave you a gift and there is a gift in you then what are you doing with it?
Then the next question I would ask, is it being appreciated?
If you say Brother Tony “I have a gift, I am ready, I want to end up exercising the gift” then I ask the pastor and ask the ministers “have you recognized the gifts?”
Is recognizing gifts part of your ministry? It is the responsibility of the pastor to recognize gifts.
It is the responsibility of the pastor to take those gifts and encourage those gifts and to shape those gifts because God’s gifts find their place and it found its place under your administration. God’s gifts will find its place because it wants to be used.
I want to tell you also to look at the wise men. They were not wise because they found the word, they were already skilled men, they were already wise men, they were skilful but their real purpose of being so gifted, their gifts found its place when they found the true gift which was the word.
You might have a gift and you might have used it but that’s not really where it found its place. It really finds its place when it finds the word and when it finds the word then it begins to give honour to the word, give your gift to the word. That’s worship.
If you are already gifted then it has to find its place and it finds its place in a God called ministry in a church where the minister is born again and where the people are the people of God.
To sing anywhere else, in an unconverted church, in a lodge, is that really worshiping Him? Is this really giving your gift to the true and living God?
You say “Brother Tony I was so praised over there and so important over there etc.” but that was not even received. It is when it finds its place, when it follows, when those gifted men who have gifts follow a star and finds the word made flesh then it found its place, then it found its meaning.
If you take those gifts and try to go back to your denomination like Herod then the star disappears but when they leave Herod’s kingdom they leave the lodges, they leave ungodly men and they come back out.]
One thing, you don’t reverence them gifts enough.
[I’m not talking about gifts like preachers etc. but I am talking about you personally. Do you reverence the gift God gave you?
If you married to a gifted person whether it is a husband or a wife who is a songwriter or a musician, most of the time songwriters and musicians are melancholy. That’s their makeup because they are perfectionists, they are moody, they have mood swings, they can get low down and depressed, they are sensitive people, they get hurt quickly but in the hands of God, He can take that mold and that sensitivity and in their quiet time thinking about what people have done to them and said or hurt them or feelings, they can put words to it in such a way that it impacts people with their songs.
You cannot be a gifted musician or a gifted songwriter unless you have a way of taking your feelings that you are feeling and being able to put a tune to it to express how you feel.
That is why if you are married to a gifted individual, you have to understand their makeup. They need alone time. Most melancholy can sit alone for a day. They got no problem being by themselves, in fact they like being alone. They are gifted, they are artistic.
If you know that you have married one and that is of the Lord and he is doing something of the Lord, he has a gift then you have to know, just like the pastor’s wife or the minister’s wife, you have to know how to live with wisdom. Let him redeem the time. Do something constructive for the LORD, something important for the LORD, you’ve got to give them the time.
If your married to a gifted person you can be a hindrance or you can be blessing, and you will share with the blessing because your investing.
It’s very difficult to be married to a gifted person, like I say their make-up is, they can be the happiest for a moment, and they can write about that joy and write about that experience they can put words to it then they can come way down low, and they can write about that too. They can sing about that too. That’s why Bro Branham said most prophets were melancholies. Their emotions were all over the place. If you marry a gifted person you watch and see is that is not true. If you marry and,
artistic person see if that is not true.
So the first one is do you, reverence the gift do you respect the gift, has it found its rightful place. Your attitude towards the gift is your attitude towards the giver.
Now you might say my husband, is a good singer he can really sing, if you’re just thinking like that than you yourself don’t really understand why God gave them that voice to sing, and why he can affect people.
You just think he is just somebody of the world, he is given a gift in the body of Christ what a privilege that is, what an honour that is to be part of the congregation of the LORD.
To serve the LORD in a way that only he can or she can that nobody else but God programmed that, that was not by accident, God says I need it in my body. If you don’t believe that it’s important then you know more than God. That’s how important gifts are.
Whether you’re a deacon, trustee, musicians, song leader, preacher you have got to reference the gift God gave you. You have got to be thankful for it, you say Bro Tony I have got a gift, one you have a gift you have a responsibility and you know what that takes? Time
That’s what it asks from you, it asks for time.
Time to study
Time to pray
Time to look for inspiration
Time to speak
Time to knock on the little guitar and pick up a little melody.
Time it takes time, it takes time form friends, it takes time from your wife, it takes time from the children, it takes time form making money.
Indians making money, it takes time.
So be careful if you have a gift such a responsibility is placed on you.
Do you reverence it, do you honour it are you great full for it because one day God is going to ask you give an account.
You can even say what report there were other singers here, it’s not about the others he asked you.
If you are ready prepared, and the minister is not ready and prepared he doesn’t see it he doesn’t like you he has a favourite then the minister will give account for that.
Because the minister must make an assessment, the assessment must be. God gave me a responsibility; these gifts He knows I need them the church needs them. It’s not what I want, it’s what He placed there for me to use.
This is the raw material He gave me here, I must use it to build must use what he laid here God is a great builder, He lays His material and he take from where he lays out. You are the material, in you are certain qualities He takes from you to make it work.]
58-0625 – A Greater Than Solomon Is Here
64 Pentecostal people, let me say this with love, “That’s the reason you’re not getting anywhere. See? You’ve got gifts. You, Baptists, the same way. The gifts that’s in the church, God give the church, the power, but He never took it away from the church. I can show you where He give it to the church, you show me where He took it away. You’ve got the power, but you don’t know how to use it. You’re not reverent enough.
[Now I know it takes power to deliver, it takes power to overcome, it takes power to be victorious, it takes power to live in the spirit. I need that; don’t you need that?
But I think God put gifts in the body, so that He can take from different batteries as you would say to energise the church in different ways.
Deliverance can come by music, it can come from song, poetry, preaching, counselling, visions deliverance can come from many different ways. As we can see and will see in the Bible.]
58-0625 – A Greater Than Solomon Is Here
That’s the reason you all speaking with tongues, you just use it any way. Ever—every… Some be speaking in tongues; others doing this, and… just like a Babylon. Don’t to that. Put those things in their places. Put all your gifts in there, you’re teachers, you’re apostles. Put everything in it’s place, and then operate in decency and in order. You’ll find God is a God of order, and He will bring the thing right up then.
[Another thing if your gifted, your gift has an order your gift has a place where it is to be used. It has to find its place.
Can’t take another man’s place, God has a place for those certain gifts that he gives.
Evangelist have a certain place, they can’t come up here and Pastor a place. He will destroy his whole family.
You cannot even though your gifted to preach you have to find your rightful place.
You might gifted in many different instruments, but there is one in particular that you are blessed with than you stay with that.
You can play the other things all you want but, the one God raised you up to do and be you do. No one will know but you and your shepherd.
Reverence those gifts. Don’t just make them a little happening; oh I got a gift to sing I can sing anything, if they ask me to sing. Don’t do that if you’re a song leader, and you really respect that gift and reverence it and the office then when is your practice time?
Where is your praying to say LORD what inspiration must I be singing I don’t know where my pastor is going but I know we must be of the same spirit, the way you anoint him to preach is the way you will anoint me to choose songs, that will be complimentary to prepare the people’s hearts for the word to come.
It’s not just an office – if the song leader can get into the spirit of the pastor then Brother I tell you, it’s going to be victory. There is going to be victory.
But you say Brother Tony we come up and sing songs, if you do anything without understanding, then you ground of, whatever God is going to do or should be doing. You ground the power of, because that which is not done of faith is Sin.]
(Romans 14:23) And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
[And without faith it is impossible to please God, impossible.
Whatever you’re going to do, you have to do with revelation you have to do with understanding.
The most important thing I can impart on you today is that the simple things that you do that you consider simple and unimportant is the things you have left out and those are the little foxes that spoil the whole vine.
That’s why the fruit are not on the vine, it’s those little things that you leave out. Those things that you just do as common many things you do just because everybody does it, it just happens that you follow everybody.
You just think that’s the way you should do it, in your heart you have no understanding of what you are doing even the simple things
I’m giving you a pep talk on how to not waste your church time, how to come here and get maximum output, how to leave here with something every time you come. How to bring prosperity and blessing in your household. Let’s see if that be not true.
I’m going to take my understanding from Malachi 4 because we don’t have anyone to teach us but him. If I teach you anything outside Him what am I doing, you understand that’s the man. That’s Him whatever I tell you he must substantiate, whatever I show you it must be in His Word.
I’m telling you what He says, the reason you don’t get anywhere with God is because you don’t have reference for those gifts.
The reason you have no power is because no reference for the gifts use them right make them stay in their place. God gifts finds their place when you find your place you don’t have a choice of I want to do this and that.
One of the greatest things with gifted people is they are not content, and that’s what Lucifer was, very gifted but what was his problem? He was not content with what portion given to him.
So what did he want to do? When you are discontented you look for, you look at, you think, you wish, you dream you were somebody and something else.
When you’re gifted and you can really catch from the people make them benefit from the gift, then demons come to say hey you know what would happen if you were in the world.
Go back and look at the root word demons, its one who comes to bear wealth for you.
That’s how they get all the gifts, that’s when a prophet says something his not just saying it,
He says Elvis sold out for a Cadillac, demons came for him to pursue wealth, because he knows gifted people.
He knows how they can be used how they can draw so what does he sell out for wealth. Look up the word demon.]
(Malachi 4:4) Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
[If there are statues of worship it will be included in the word of God. Statues will include everything that man needs and judgements.]
(Malachi 4:5) Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
[Isn’t it strange that Malachi said remember Moses and then he says behold I send you Elijah, why? Because the man William Branham is going to be connected with these two ministries Moses and Elijah, as I was with Moses so shall I be with. If this is true then this man will take me and refresh my memory of Moses, Israel And The Church 1954. And when you say church you must have church order not only just redemption. So what about Moses I’m going to go after Horeb, remember Horeb.]
(Deuteronomy 4:1) Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments,
[Brother Branham is teaching on statues, he says what is Moses doing, His getting them to get back into the millennium. He just brought the full word you can’t add you can’t take away. He said they were getting ready to enter into the land, he said to enter into the land is a type of the millennium.]
…which I teach you, [notice that’s a prophet] for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the LORD God of your fathers giveth you.
(Deuteronomy 4:2) Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, [why its vindicated] that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.
(Deuteronomy 4:3) Your eyes have seen what the LORD did because of Baalpeor: [That was under Moses, Moses had a problem with the children of Israel and Baal worship. Do you know what Baal worship is? It’s oneness. In fact when he called them out in the exodus and when the prophet disappears and they don’t see him guess where they went? Back to Baal worshipping, back to oneness. Watch Elijah, what happened to Elijah to deliver them from the curse of destruction. Why? Elijah came to call them out of Baal worship and to destroy Baal priest and to destroy Baal alter.
Now I want to ask you something if Moses don’t deliver you from Baal worship, if Elijah don’t deliver you from Baal what songs will you be writing about, who will you be singing about. Which Jesus will you be glorifying which is the one who delivered you the son or Almighty God.]
…for all the men that followed Baalpeor, the LORD thy God hath destroyed them from among you.
[I want to show you how important this is. He tells us to go back to Moses. You can be as gifted as you want but if you have the wrong revelation you have no right to be singing here because Paul said if you sing in Psalms or songs you will be singing with understanding.
If you do not sing with understanding you are singing sin. Just like the preacher can preach sin you can also sing sin. Just like your sermon is a sermon of false doctrine and sin your song can be a song of sin. Because you are not singing praises unto the creator you are singing to the creation. It’s important when he says go back.]
(Jude 1:4) For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
(Jude 1:5) I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, [they went back to Baal, they built a golden calf] afterward destroyed them that believed not.
[That is why it’s says in Malachi 4 to remember Moses, remember Horeb. So you can have the best singer in the world in the message, and other singers can say look at that singer, that’s a real good song leader but what is he singing, Baal songs worshipping Baal. Therefore brother be thankful if your song leader is born again. Be thankful if the songs that he is singing are songs with understanding and revelation.]
Let me show you they deny Father and Son deny the only Lord God.
(2 Peter 2:1) But there were false prophets [prophet says false teachers false anointed ones] also among the people, [what people the exodus people, the exodus class the prophet class] even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
[I want to ask you, who delivered them? They said behold your gods, behold your God that delivered you out of Egypt. Who delivered you friends? Who is your deliverer? Who is your song about? Who is your boast about? Who is your confession about? Who is your praise to?
That’s that man who God put out as a gift here, the man God puts here to lead the songs, that man must know who it is that he is worshiping and who he is leading you to worship. So you can’t add you must keep.]
(Deuteronomy 4:3) Your eyes have seen what the LORD did because of Baalpeor: for all the men that followed Baalpeor, the LORD thy God hath destroyed them from among you.
[There is going to have to be destruction of every single Baal spirit which is upon you here. And the men who have the little Baal and they don’t think it’s a bad thing and they think we really should not separate from the Baal people and the oneness because they’re really good people, you watch and see. Either they will be converted or the word will rub them so bad they will take their place, spirits unite together.
That’s why Brother Branham said when you see the preacher get a hold of an adultery spirit or get a hold of some spirit, you begin to whip and people will start saying you’re too hard on the man. Anytime you hear they say that while the preacher is exposing sin, he has the same problem as a sympathetic spirit. What do you tell that man? Bro you better watch yourself because it looks like you’re sympathising with that demon.]
(Deuteronomy 4:4) But ye that did cleave unto the LORD your God [not Baal] are alive every one of you this day.
[Are you quickened? Are you alive? Are you born again of the Holy Spirit or are you of them that are dead while you yet live? You’ve been quickened, you’ve been made alive. Your eyes of understanding have been enlightened. You have come to know the only true God and Jesus Christ who is His son that’s eternal life.]
(Deuteronomy 4:5) Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
(Deuteronomy 4:6) Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, [In other words, you understanding this message and believing it is your wisdom] which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
[Do you think they can match you in the word? I’m guaranteed the least of you can take Father and son and tie up the oneness preacher. It’s your wisdom, it’s your understanding. They know not to ask you, they don’t ask me a thing. They can talk in the corridors and the back rooms and secret corners but they don’t come to talk to me. They don’t come to talk to Bro Louie because they know better than that.
If this is true then what you sing, they cannot sing, the songs you write, they cannot write. The song you sing, they cannot sing. That’s for a people whose LORD is right here.]
(Deuteronomy 4:7) For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?
(Deuteronomy 4:8) And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?
(Deuteronomy 4:9) Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons’ sons;
(Deuteronomy 4:10) Specially the day that thou stoodest before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.
[Now that’s the order set by David, there is a tabernacle of David and there is a tabernacle of Moses. I’m going to show you the change in worship between Moses and David because under Moses tabernacle there was no worship, there was no singing, there was no song leader, there was no musicians. There was none of that in the ark, there was none of that in the tabernacle, you could not be in there. You could be in there with a golden censor, you could be in there with the Urim and Thummim but you could not be in there with a harp. You can’t go in there with a cymbal, no trumpet in Moses tabernacle because there is nothing to sing about. The law condemns you. What are you rejoicing for there was nothing to sing about?]
But look at this order here about David
(1 Chronicles 15:11) And David called for Zadok and Abiathar the priests, and for the Levites, for Uriel, Asaiah, and Joel, Shemaiah, and Eliel, and Amminadab,
(1 Chronicles 15:12) And said unto them, Ye are the chief of the fathers of the Levites: sanctify yourselves, both ye and your brethren, that ye may bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel unto the place that I have prepared for it.
[This is a type of the opening of the seals, the ark is coming back. You can pick that up when Bro Branham is picking up David in the book of the seals and showing you how the ark is coming back. That’s why Brother Branham said I must sanctify myself for the visitation of these angels.
And then he picks up Isaiah 6 and showed how you prepare yourself to stand in the presence of The King. How a people should sanctify themselves so that they know how to live in the presence of The King: Called, Cleansed And Commissioned.]
(1 Chronicles 15:13) For because ye did it not at the first, the LORD our God made a breach upon us, for that we sought him not after the due order.
[If you are going to have victory you must have the right order and you must have a revelation an understanding of that order and what that will do for you. You must have that.
I’m going to show you a very simple thing yet most people in the message don’t know it. They don’t know it, they don’t understand it, they just come and they do it every day.
There is a consecration of the man of God – the priest and the Levi sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of the LORD and that’s why the prophet said I have got to sanctify myself.
That’s why Branham tabernacle was dedicated it was a good thing that He was going to rededicate the tabernacle again because it was for the opening of the seals, the ark is coming back.]
( (1 Chronicles 15:15) And the children of the Levites bare the ark of God upon their shoulders with the staves thereon, as Moses commanded according to the word of the LORD.
(1 Chronicles 15:16) And David spake to the chief of the Levites to appoint their brethren to be [If you believers believe that you have got the gift to sing and play music and you don’t believe it’s important, then look carefully because the ark must come back but it must have gifts associated with it. What kind of Gifts?] the singers with instruments of musick, psalteries and harps and cymbals, sounding, by lifting up the voice with joy.
[In other words, the ark is coming back is a type of the opening of the seals. When that happens, John saw himself in the book, He said heaven is on the earth. John said the ark coming back is a time of worship like has not been before.
Is the ark coming back? Did the prophet tie the ark coming back with the opening of the word?
How did David get the stimulation? By the revelation.
What did David do? He began to play and dance.
Why was he playing and dancing? Because he knew what this meant. He knew that if the ark came back to Israel and fount its place God had now pre-eminence in that church.
If the word is here then God has pre-eminence here. If God is here and the people know what the real word is and what it means then it means the eyes of the LORD is upon you.
That is why the singer can sing anything, the people sing behind him and he doesn’t have to force anything. They know what they are singing about they are singing because the ark could have gone somewhere else but it did not. It chose you.
You say Brother Tony what you are talking about the ark. I’m talking about the revelation of the word. The word, the ark carried three things: the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded and the law of Moses, the covenant. That is what it is carrying.]
(1 Chronicles 15:17) So the Levites appointed Heman the son of Joel; and of his brethren, Asaph the son of Berechiah; and of the sons of Merari their brethren, Ethan the son of Kushaiah;
[Now I want to ask you that if the singing and the musicians was not important then why would God name them? I say God named them because they are important in the body of Christ.
I say the song leaders are important, the musicians He knows them by name. He recorded It in the Holy Word of God, how about your name, is it important?
You see he said we don’t have enough respect, we don’t have enough reverence for these offices. We think he’s just a guitar player and really not in the eyes of the LORD but that’s a ministry, that’s a gift. I know there are people who teach themselves that’s ok too. They want to do something for God encourage them but I’m talking about gifts.]
(1 Chronicles 15:18) And with them their brethren of the second degree, Zechariah, Ben, and Jaaziel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehiel, and Unni, Eliab, and Benaiah, and Maaseiah, and Mattithiah, and Elipheleh, and Mikneiah, and Obededom, and Jeiel, the porters.
(1 Chronicles 15:22) And Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, was for song: he instructed about the song, because he was skilful.
[We need men who are gifted who know about songs, music, voice so he can help teach the other ones who are gifted also. We need that. We need to have Bro Hein travel to different countries, different churches and do work with gifted people we need that.
Is it important because he was skilful where did that skill come from?]
(1 Chronicles 15:27) And David was clothed with a robe of fine linen, and all the Levites that bare the ark, and the singers, and Chenaniah the master of the song with the singers: David also had upon him an ephod of linen.
[They may say Brother Tony you all are denomination because you all have chorus singers. They had chorus singers, they had master of song, they had chorus singers behind him and the reason they complain is because they don’t know the Word.]
(1 Chronicles 15:28) Thus all Israel brought up the ark of the covenant of the LORD with shouting, and with sound of the cornet, and with trumpets, and with cymbals, making a noise with psalteries and harps.
[All of Israel on the earth heard them say when the ark was coming back, they were worshiping the LORD. They don’t even know their names are under there but they were worshipping, why? Because of the anointing of what the ark coming back means.
It’s coming back in our day when John saw the lamb take the book and break the seals and open and reveal it. John saw his name there and all on earth and all in heaven and all under the earth heard John say blessing, honour and glory and power unto the lamb.
And the prophet is taking this and tying it back to the opening of the word and David being caught by the stimulation of the revelation begin to sing and dance. I want you to prove it, go back to it, see if what I’m saying be the truth, those of who that read the seal book know already that’s it.]
(Ephesians 5:11) And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
[Now we know that is Mathew 24:24, we understand that. The reason why I’m going to put this in is because what I’m saying here somebody might say that’s not important you spend so much time on worship and trustee board and the deacon board, it’s the word, it’s the word, it’s the word.
Why if it’s just the ark then why were there singers, why were there song leaders, why there were different instrument players? Proof it and if it be true stop thinking like those unfruitful people that taught you from those lodges about church and what message means. Forget about that.
This is the divine order and God is a God of order and He puts nothing in the body without reason and a purpose and that which is necessary for His people. Forget about that the word cannot come back without worship because it cannot, its important.]
(Ephesians 5:13) But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
(Ephesians 5:14) Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, [were you asleep? How many were asleep in denomination? I know some of you just came from, you were asleep in the oneness church too that’s true] and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
(Ephesians 5:15) See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
(Ephesians 5:16) Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
(Ephesians 5:17) Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
[You have got to redeem the time, you have got to come to church here three times a week, you spend two to three hours, you have got to know what you are doing, you have got to do it with understanding to get the maximum results, you have got to know that everything you are doing has and output.
If you’re putting in you ought to get something out, that’s how it works. If you put in a prayer life then you are sweetening your spirit. If you put in a prayer life you become sensitive to the will of God. You can’t pray without reading your Bible. How can you pray without reading your Bible, you don’t know what to pray for?
So we want to understand this is the Ephesians, it’s a wise people.
What is the will of the LORD, for you to come to church? What is the will of the LORD, to have these gifts in the fourth chapter He placed gifts, I give gifts unto men?
We have songs for victory
Songs of redemption
Songs of love
Song of deliverance
Songs to glorify God
Song for worship there are many songs but we need to understand, we need to have an understanding, what this worship and these gifts are about.]
(Ephesians 5:19) Speaking to yourselves in psalms [in other words, you do it all the time. You sing songs, just you yourself hearing and you’re singing those message songs that means so much to you. You’re singing songs that have meaning to you something that had an effect upon you, something that enlightened. You’re singing with understanding, you’re speaking to yourselves in psalms] and hymns and spiritual songs, [not just any kind of songs just because it’s beautiful and has a melody and because its catchy. Spiritual song is revelation songs that are inspired by the message of the hour that’s spiritual songs] singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
(Ephesians 5:20) Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
[What does songs do what does worship do, why are these gifts so important. They are important because…next verse.]
(Psalms 68:1) To the chief Musician, A Psalm or Song of David. Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.
(Psalms 68:2) As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
[In the presence of God there is what? Fullness of joy, joy comes from revelation. The presence of God you can’t see a visible spirit, you can see an anointed man when he is anointed and he is bringing that word, and that word has you all choked up, and moving in the spirit and you know that you’re in the presence of God. You know that’s the truth.
So when an anointed man is anointed of the LORD he is bringing truth, bringing light, bringing revelation, correction. But the Bible said that the wicked has condemnation they rather darkness more than light. They can’t stand the presence of light. The wicked hate the light, they cannot sing our songs, they cannot hear our doctrine. It offends them want to see how they are scattered.]
(Psalms 68:3) But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.
[Now what causes God to arise so that the enemies could be scattered? The Bible said He come to inhabit the praises of His people. From the minute you start, the song leader starts, the music starts and the worship starts and the hearts are right then God arises because it is the introduction to say LORD we are ready, send your anointing, send your Holy Spirit, arise and come among your people and inhabit your praise and you watch and see how demon power begin to scatter.
Because the anointing breaks the yoke to free your mind from the things of the world and the troubles to the one who can solve the problems from your sickness to hope that there is one who can heal the sick. There is a reason why we start the service with worship, with song, with praise and you can’t do that without gifted people. They are essential to scatter the enemies of the LORD. They are essential to the victory of the church.]
(Psalms 68:4) Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
[Sing praises to God, sing praises unto our king, for God is the king of all the earth, sing ye praises with what? With understanding.
Who can sing with understanding without this message today? Can you sing without this message? Can you sing songs spiritual songs, revelation songs, songs with understanding without this message?
I say to thee you are the only born again bride, the one who come to know their God, you’re the only people He will accept worship from because you must worship in spirit and in truth.
Watch how important it is for you to sing praises with understanding.
How are you going to sing praises if you have not sought the song of praise and understanding?
We need song writers; we need them not only to teach us but they need to teach us new songs. Continuously there should be a time when a couple of gifted people, who has got voices, who believe that God has placed a gift in them to contribute to the body because without you there is no real victory. Some deliverance here some deliverance there but real victory takes a body work, takes the understanding of what it means to come in here to start song service.]
(1 Corinthians 14:14) For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. [That’s how important understanding is.]
(1 Corinthians 14:15) What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.
[If you ae singing and you don’t understand your singing then what you are singing? Then it means something is wrong. Its Jesus in Jesus, it’s the invisible Jesus etc. look at the songs that are being sung, they frighten the oneness in the message. To them its heresy but to us it’s glorious, it scatters the wicked.]
(1 Corinthians 14:20) Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.
[Now I want to follow-up in this because its important for us to understand what we are doing what you are doing.
(Psalms 68:17) The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.
[That’s the church, that’s the presence of the LORD, that’s where the prophet met God.]
(Psalms 68:18) Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men
[This very song of Psalm 68 opens ‘LORD arise scatter they enemies’. In Ephesians he tells you He give gifts unto men and here now He tells you about gifts. Is that a coincidence?]
(Psalms 68:19) Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
(Psalms 68:20) He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord belong the issues from death.
[He has deliverance of that which kills us and that which destroys us.]
(Psalms 68:24) They have seen thy goings, O God; [We have seen when the anointing comes, when the Holy Spirit comes in the prophet’s ministry, we have seen it come sometimes in a ministry and when it comes how it brings such deliverance, how it brings such victory] even the goings of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.
[In other words, the prophet himself you can see when the song service is finished after he sets it in order he comes forth and when he comes forth you could see the going forth of what happens when the LORD arises to come and inhabit the praises of His people.]
(Psalms 68:25) The singers went before, [that’s why you have songs first, the singers come first, the song leader comes first] the players on instruments followed after; among them were the damsels playing with timbrels.
(Psalms 68:26) Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
[I want you to notice from the 24th to the 26th verse is the order of victory whereby God inhabits the praises of His people. Comes down to scatter the enemy. Whatever demons that are anointing you, every demon that is afflicting you they have to scatter. Coming to break a yoke He’s trying to deliver His people. Watch how He goes forth in the prophet’s ministry.
There is an order there is a reason why we do what we do.
Some people say, well I know they are singing songs for twenty minutes so I’ll come in five minutes before. You don’t know the importance, you coming in late before the song service, you don’t prepare yourself because you don’t know the order. In fact you’re saying to yourself and you’re telling everybody else you’re unlearned, you don’t know Gods goings and you don’t see how He works in the sanctuary. You have seen your divine order, it has a divine order.]
(2 Chronicles 20:1) It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle.
[Now you’re in a battle here, when you come to church you’re in war.]
(2 Chronicles 20:2) Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazontamar, which is Engedi.
(2 Chronicles 20:3) And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the LORD, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah.
[Now remember what Judah means. Praise.]
(2 Chronicles 20:4) And Judah gathered themselves together, to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD.
(2 Chronicles 20:5) And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court,
(2 Chronicles 20:6) And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?
(2 Chronicles 20:7) Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?
(2 Chronicles 20:8) And they dwelt therein, and have built thee a sanctuary therein for thy name, saying,
(2 Chronicles 20:9) If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, [if you take these things and go back to the first fours seals you will find them there. The beast, the pestilence, the sword, four enemy tools] we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.
(2 Chronicles 20:10) And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not; [it’s a battle you see]
(2 Chronicles 20:13) And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.
(2 Chronicles 20:14) Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation;
(2 Chronicles 20:15) And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.
(2 Chronicles 20:16) To morrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.
(2 Chronicles 20:17) Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD [that’s what you do in the sanctuary you want to see His going in, you want to see His order, you want to see how He delivers, it’s not yours, it’s not the pastors] with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.
(2 Chronicles 20:18) And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, worshipping the LORD.
(2 Chronicles 20:19) And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites, and of the children of the Korhites, stood up to praise the LORD God of Israel with a loud voice on high.
(2 Chronicles 20:20) And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, you believe in Jehovah God Jehovah Elohim so shall ye be established; one God not two believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. We believe those two, don’t we believe those two believe in the one true God and we believe in His prophet.
(2 Chronicles 20:21) And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, [are they important? Yes because no singers means no victory, no singers means no LORD coming down and inhabiting their praises, no enemies being scattered] and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.
(2 Chronicles 20:22) And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.
[Now what you don’t see that behind these nations are demons. Those are demons that are against the elect people. You are the Judah, you are the praise of God today and anything that’s set up against you, if you believe in Jehovah God, if you believe in His prophets, if you have the right order for singers to praise God and if you set the right order then the battle is not yours, it’s the LORD’S.
That’s the victory. You don’t just come to church to sing songs but you come to church for victory. You come to see the demons and your enemies scatter from you.
Judah means praise – watch the power of praise. Watch Paul and Silas in jail. Paul and Silas was in Jail and what did they do? They knew footstep means possession so even if they put their foot in jail it meant possession – let’s have church let us praise God and all of a sudden, the jail opened.
Praise brings deliverance, praise brings victory. You have got to know the power of praise, you have got to know the power of victory and worship and I tell you the truth if they don’t teach us songs, if there are no song writers then how are we going to sing?
How are the musicians going to play music to the songs if there are no song leaders and teachers? How are we going to learn songs of deliverance and songs of praise?
How important are you brethren because when you don’t have enough reverence and enough respect for those gifts in your life then the church loses victory?
When the pastor and the elders don’t understand the ingredients of every gift finding its place then we lose the victory.
Watch David and the demon that was on Saul. They brought him and he played and the demon left Saul. Power of praise, the power of music, a gifted musician David, a gifted song writer, an anointed gift, why not you Brother, why not Bro Terrance, why not Bro Theo why not Bro Charles, why not Bro Israel and so forth.
Why not that when you play, don’t worry about the rest of the people, you play unto the LORD, if you’re going to sing, sing unto the LORD.
Teach us new songs, spend time with your gift, spend time with your instrument and God will bless you and God will use you and God will anoint you and you will contribute to the victory of the people of God.
Don’t come just to come, come prepared.
Have practices, have new songs to learn new songs, give room to the learning of new songs. Put it up on the projector, print it out on papers or whatever it is.
He comes to inhabit the praise of His people; the revelation of the tribe of Judah is that it represents the Melchisedec order.
Music has seven notes, a,b,c,d,e,f,g.
There are seven seals
There are seven thunders
There are seven church ages
There are seven colours in light
There are seven eyes
There are seven horns
There are seven trumpets – do you think that is by accident?
So who is the originator of music, Lucifer or God? It must be God. If the opening of the word can bring us to our place, if there are seven church ages to develop a bride, don’t you think at the end time the bride is to be complete.
When the body of Christ, the church of the living God comes to the knowledge of who she is, don’t you think her songs will reflect that?
Don’t you think that God also put seven notes to know that there is going to come a perfection of worship among the saints and to know what the power of those seven notes could produce?
When the book was opened it moved us into a higher realm of worship and of understanding.
I want to tie 1 Corinthian 15 the ark coming back is the opening of the word. David setting up the singers, the song writers, the musicians in order, was setting back the worship that was in Revelation 5 when the word was open when John saw his name in there, there was a time of worship and John represents the bride. I want to show you that Revelation 5 is Job 38:6.]
(Job 38:6) Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
[Now that’s natural and spiritual. Do you know who laid the foundation? Do you know who laid the corner stone, who laid Jesus Christ the corner stone? Was it not God? In The fullness of time did not God send forth that stone?
Who laid it and who gave the finish to Zerubbabel to see the head stone coming back with shouting of grace, grace?
And is the headstone coming back not the opening of the word? Watch what Job said.]
(Job 38:7) When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
[That fulfilment was at the opening of the word. At the opening of the seal when John began to say all on heaven all on earth, all under the earth heard me say, but not just him.]
(Revelation 5:8) And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
(Revelation 5:9) And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
(Revelation 5:10) And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
(Revelation 5:11) And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
(Revelation 5:12) Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
[where were you when the sons of God shouted with joy? That’s what they saw in the vision, there was the fulfilment. How much more if we really know what happened at the opening of those seals and what that message does for us?]
(Revelation 5:13) And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
(Revelation 5:14) And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
[These Angels saw the work of redemption. Brother Branham said they saw the work of redemption coming to completion and they were anointed to represent the bride. John saw himself in the book. He came to see himself to know himself face to face, also the bride we come to know who we are.]
56-0621 – The Law Having A Shadow
I really love singing and music. I know we all do.
How many knows what the order of battle is for the Lord? You know what the first thing went before the battle? Singers and musicians went forth singing, not weeping and wailing.
[Not people coming to the altar here crying and praying before church, that’s as pagan and heathen as heathen can be.]
They—they went forth singing; then, after that, come the Ark of the Covenant. So, they went before the ark. And then, after that, come the fighters. So, that’s a good thing. It’s a very Scriptural order for a religious service. The first thing, the music, then the Word, then the battle. So, it’s all ordered of the Lord.
[You see it’s not just the preacher coming anointed and preach the word, if the other section of the song leader and the musician don’t do their part then the victory is grounded. How important are our singers? How important are our musicians? How important are our song writers?
We must have an understanding before we come to church. When we stand at that door we know the battle has started, we are starting the order. I consecrate myself for the opening of the word.
Every time I come here is a type of the opening of the word for me. It’s like the prophet said I consecrate myself for the meeting with these Angels. Consecrate yourself to meet with this Angel.
Confess your faults, get yourself cleaned up. If you and your wife have trouble you talk about it, don’t let the sun go down on your wrath. When you come in here you come in with a revelation. This is the first part of the ingredient to get victory. This is the first part that I’m going to get in the spirit.
Some people come in to listen to everybody singing. How can the enemy scatter from you? How can the enemy scatter when you are not involved in the worship that He come to inhabit your voice, your praise, your revelation, your understanding, what’s affecting your heart?
You think it is like this deliverance LORD, what do you want to be a spectator with no deliverance or a participator? Its together we worship God not up here and you just watch that’s American. They want to be entertained. We must have and understanding and the order of the battle.
Now let’s look at the deacons.
The deacon must know the order and the importance of keeping the church so the divine order is not disturbed.
That’s why the deacon, that’s why the Pastor will allow him to come and talk and say now you parents we want victory. You have to talk to them with revelation. We want victory, we don’t want to waste our time coming to church receive nothing and go back.
We want victory, we want to see the goings of the LORD, we want to see deliverance, we want to see the enemy scatter. Therefore the deacon will come and say parents what I want you to do for us to get this victory for us to keep the right order to be pleasing unto the LORD.
Teach your children how to use the bathroom. When they come to church they go straight to the bathroom.
Teach the husbands if they have a little problem if God don’t deliver them to sit close to the bathroom so you don’t be walking up and down. You have to do some wisdom in the planning of how you sit so they don’t get up to disturb the service because we want nothing to interfere with the order.
We want God to inhabit our praises and the way that we do it is that we reverence the minister. We reverence the song leader, minister of songs, the musician. We are so thankful for them, we know their importance because without them no victory.
Before that it’s just the pastor and his word, I come in just in time for Bro Louie and the pulpit. You do that because you’re foolish, you’re unlearned, you don’t know the order of God, you don’t know the order of victory and you don’t know the order of the battle but the Ephesian bride says, be wise, know the will of God so you know the order and the importance in keeping the church divine order and not to disturb.
That’s where the deacon really comes in. He’s talking to the believers and teaching them the importance of order so that we don’t interrupt the divine order that will bring us deliverance.
The parents now teaching their children, how coming in here to say let’s come in right because if we all come in right, if we really honour and respect the gifts, get ourselves in the divine order of the battle then the enemy will scatter.
If you don’t have a revelation when you’re coming to church then you are defeated already. It’s just a tradition you come in here, you sing a few songs then you say the word is going to deliver me but God don’t work like that. God has an order. You have to respect every part of that order which means you have to respect every gift that found its place because it’s important for the victory.
The battle is the LORD then He anoints His servant with a sword of deliverance after the singing and music after He comes down to inhabit the praises and now He is going to operate through the word.
So He is going to anoint the man of God and He anointed that man of God to bring the sword so that he can deliver to bring deliverance.
The anointing means the battle is the LORD’S because He is the one in control, He is the one in power, the man and his gift is only being used then all unbelief, all sickness, all the infirmities are scattered after the divine order.
That is why Paul says not to quench the spirit when the word is going forth and something hits and stimulates you and gives you joy, you say Amen, praise God, hallelujah, so be it, thank you LORD, why? Because you are receiving what the LORD is giving but if you quench the spirit then you are working against the order of the LORD and the battle.
There is power and deliverance during and after the music and singing the sword is coming, He is coming to do battle. When the word is coming He is coming to do battle.
When the fear is gone, condemnation is gone, imagination is gone, reasoning is gone, doubt is gone, then the only thing is left is for the enemy to scatter. That’s how He brings deliverance through the word.
God don’t come and do miracles amongst you. If He does it means there is no faith, it means God has to come and supernaturally do something but when you are delivered by believing the word, anointed when the church pattern is in order, then that’s how He comes to do Battle.
And what happens now you take what you believe by faith and you claim it and then you watch and see your confession, He will bring it to pass.
Faith muscles comes and demons flee, the enemy is scattered. Dance follows victory. Miriam sang, Miriam dancing. Look at David bringing back the ark, what does he do? He sang and danced.
When you see that word coming to your heart, in your life, you can’t help after the end of the service you’re singing but you’re singing the song of victory, the song of deliverance, you’re dancing.
That’s what dancing is.
Dancing was a sign of victory. Dancing was not to show how movable your parts is, it’s not about how limber you are, dancing was victory.
Singing and music brings the supernatural God on the scene. It creates an atmosphere of faith and hope, love and thanksgiving. It brings God down because the people are so looking to Him, they are singing about Him, their songs is about Him, thoughts about Him.
The trustees begin to see the need how important these musicians are.
The trustees begin to see that they are essential parts of the victory, so they begin to say you need another guitar because that one is sounding kind of funny or you need strings. How about this piano?
Trustees are not to be mingy when it comes to music, let’s spend something because it’s really important, these gifts are important, the instruments are important.
Then the trustees says you know what? This is so important they get to the deacon they say these are essential part of our victory.
If we see anybody a potential with a gift why don’t we help subsidize their lessons. Let the parents put part, we put part and send the boy to learn something or give him some classes.
They are so caught up now in wanting to be part and contribute to the victory of the church to set the battle in order the way the LORD said it should be. The trustees now worrying about these speakers are not really good and they start realising how important worship is.
They begin to want to invest in the musician, invest in the instruments, invest on their microphone, speakers, they want to invest because they see the importance. Nobody has to twist their arm.
Now they have respect for the musician, respect for the player and all the believers begin to say brother that was a good service, only shaking the song leader’s hand saying it was a good service and no one is saying the guitar playing was good. You are just existing, so you will just exist because nobody knows the importance of the gifts that God give to contribute, every member to bring victory.
He is concerned about the sound in the building, the instruments, the speakers. The song leader must see the need for practice, he now knows how important his place is by revelation, by understanding. Now he takes it seriously and his wife begins to say honey you need to go and pray, you need some inspiration form the LORD. You can’t come down here then write a few songs last minute. Two days ago you should be praying about that before you come here Sunday, Friday you should be done with that. You have service Thursday, Tuesday, you should be done with that.
You are prepared, you don’t give God your left overs, you don’t squeeze in your time for Him, take it serious. You come up here you’re an anointed songs leader, you’re anointed players.
The song writers sees the need for inspired songs with inspired words with inspired revelation.
They begin to want to write songs, why? I know in my heart when I hear a revelation song, a new song, I’m so pleased, I’m so happy, I’m so stimulated, I’m so excited, I’m so blessed – how much more the LORD?
And you’re not even singing about me, I’m excited and the song is not about me. How much more Him, who stimulates the song writers that they want to write.
The husband and the wife if you have a song writer pray for him encourage him and the LORD will give you a masterpiece. I bet if He can give you one masterpiece He can give you another one.
They don’t mind giving up time to their ministry and calling to practice to play to get together, you don’t have to force them because they see how important their little gift is. How important it is for the overall victory of the church, how the battle is set in order of the LORD.
Note: no singers no victory.
No musicians no victory.
Now if you’re going to come to church when the song service just finishes or come in a little late and say after all it’s the word then don’t come because you are not getting anything.
You have disrespect and dishonour, you don’t understand Gods order of battle and why should He deliver you?
They that have revelation and understanding see the importance of their gift and ministry placed in the order of GOD.
Each one of them now knows, so encourage them and you begin to tell them, I appreciate your guitar playing, I appreciate you’re here. Now you’re seeing an essential part of their ministry, a gift that God gave and if God gave it its important. Not just a man who preached a good service. They are an essential part, He is a part and they’re a part.
You come to church and you’re thinking, I got to get there before the song service, I have got to get myself right with the LORD, I have to get myself ready to lift my voice. I got to get it ready that the voices of the people go up, the songs of revelation and inspiration. God comes down to inhabit that praise and you can have confidence that the enemy will scatter victory today.
You come in everyday, you come in for war, you’re coming for battle and you’re prepared. That’s the order of the LORD.
The opening of the seals is to bring back the ark.
Note; You Must Have A Revelation Of The Order Of The Battle
The deacons must know the order and the importance of keeping the church in divine order, not to disturb etc. The deacon watches to make sure no one interferes in that order.
When you see the deacon watching and correcting, encouraging them to keep quiet and things like that then you should not be unhappy because if he can keep it in divine order then you don’t get disturbed and you get victory.
Don’t look at him in a disturbing way, look at him as a man who is preserving the order for your victory.
He says, no talking teaching the parent to let the children make bathroom breaks let them to use the rest room before they enter the site preparing for war, preparing for the presence of God.
Reminding them sometimes they forget and walk in with chewing gum, they say remember Brother you want victory today we want the order set, they want to reference the presence of the LORD to come down and inhabit the praises of the people.
Then each one of you begins to be a deacon and you say brother victory today you forgot to take out your chewing gum. You see it’s a revelation.
It’s a revelation that we all together create the atmosphere, the reverence and the importance of every gift and every gift in its rightful place so that we can have the order of the LORD for victory.
Its not a matter for the bride, its revelation, it’s all revelation for the bride, its understanding, it’s all understanding, it’s not rules.
The pastor is responsible to recognise God given gifts to encourage the gift to shape the gifts to place it in its rightful place.
God’s gifts always finds its place, it has to be placed, and a man just don’t come and say I want to be a guitar player. The pastor will just say you sit down there I don’t like your attitude but yet if he is really good the pastor needs to talk to him and say look you got a tremendous gift but gifted people have problems they are individualist.
I want you to play complimentary with everyone even though you can play better than all of them that is the secret. The secret is to be complimentary, not to be an individualist in the music, there will be time you could do solos.
That’s the secret with gifted people, they’re individualist and they want to show their talent but there is time for that.
But the maturity is if you work for the improvement of them all even though they’re not where you are, you have got to bear with them and that hurts you but it creates an atmosphere for victory.
Now the pastor appoints and places and he can also take down. He can appoint you and he can take you down, his ministry is part of the worship responsibility so no vote is needed.
A pastor is the one who puts up and a pastor is the one who takes down, he doesn’t have to give you a reason why he takes you down.
You can go and have all the mind battles of oh he doesn’t like me, forget all about that because he has a right to take up and put down.
Maybe you played for a year and he wants someone else to get the experience and he can do that but why must he explain it to you.
You don’t have to do anything wrong for him to take you down and ask somebody else to play because he is a father, he wants everyone else to get a chance, that’s the gift after all and four guitar players is a lot for one church you see.
Note: Paul said, ye must sing and play with understanding, not just with talent. The singers and musicians must have a revelation of the message.
Let’s look at the placing. Everything is in the word of God, we just have to find it.
Watch David place, he’s a pastor he’s placing the gifts. Watch the importance of these gifts, these are not priests.
(1 Chronicles 25:1) Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy [play] with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:
[There is a lot of people, so he said look we going to have to break it up, we have the wind instruments, we have the percussion and he’s going to put people over them that they can monitor them and develop them.]
(1 Chronicles 25:2) Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.
(1 Chronicles 25:3) Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.
[What he begin to do is that if he had more than one song leader, he says he knows this one is really for praise, getting the congregation on. There is one down there he is really good to just lead the congregational songs. So you have got to know the gifts, you have got to know how to use them, when to use them.]
(1 Chronicles 25:4) Of Heman: the sons of Heman; Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:
(1 Chronicles 25:5) All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.
(1 Chronicles 25:6) All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
(1 Chronicles 25:7) So the number of them, with their brethren that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, even all that were cunning, was two hundred fourscore and eight.
[You must sing songs which are under the inspiration of the pastor.
That means a prayer life. That means a prayer life for the ministers of songs that the same God that inspires the pastor with songs and words and sermons goes along this way will also give him the inspiration to choose the songs that he feel in in heart that he wants to sing. God will do that, He works like that.
]Then you must learn to sing songs in seasons, the season that represented the feast days etc. So there is a time you sing about the atonement, about Calvary, about the Cross, about the feast of the trumpets, the gathering of the people, the prophet and the message.
You have to know about singing the right songs in the right season. Example for Easter what kind of songs, for the feast of tabernacles what that meant….
So you see a song leader really has to be like a minister except the way that he ministers the message, the songs that he is doing is telling a story for that day.
So the minister is coming to preach a sermon, bringing you to a start and a conclusion and a song leader is starting to sing a song to tell a story.
A story about praise
A story about redemption
A story about Calvary
About the bloody sea and how he carried you through it.
That is what you do you don’t just pick songs.
You pick the inspiration of the story you feel you want to tell and you tell it in songs.
I pray that we be a people of not of tradition who come in and do things without understanding.
We overlook gifts because we don’t think it is that important. Therefore we dishonour the giver of the gifts.
Let us honour our musicians our song writers, our song leaders.
Let us thank God for the gifts that He has placed among you whatever church you are where ever your listening in from
Let us come to church with a revelation, with an understanding and let the elders keep on repeating these concepts about coming in those doors and remind them of it.
Let the song leader remind them of some of the concepts I told you here.
Are you ready, are we in the right order of the LORD?
Are you ready to do battle?
Are you ready to lift up your voice?
Are you all ready for God to arise and inhabit your praise?
Are you ready for your enemy to scatter and break your yoke of burden and grief that you enter in here with?
Are you ready for the sword of deliverance when the word comes delivering from fear and from condemnation and from anxieties and from conscience and reasoning and doubts?
Faith must continue that you can break the bands to whatever is holding you. I say to you friends we are on a verge of a great experience if we can get our churches our elders our fivefold ministry in order.
I say to you that nothing can stop this bride, nothing if we can stay within His divine order.
God bless you, I know I had to scatter it with deacons and trustees I tried to put a little bit of everything in there but mostly I wanted to like last year, bring the importance of the order of the LORD.
You can preach many different things
How the ark came across, the distances between a priest and the ark and the musicians and you can do lot of things on respects you can preach forever. That’s how important worship is.
And when all the preaching is over, worship will not be over.
God bless you, God keep you cause His face to shine upon you.
